The property is 2.4 acres on the famous Fall River. It has world-class trout fishing off the back private dock. It’s located about a mile down river from where the upper Fall River meets the lower Fall River. Renter’s boats can be kept at the private dock. The river is wide and slow moving so it is perfect for water skiing (also right off the back dock). The property is very secluded and quiet.
     The house is large (approx 2000 sq. ft.) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, one bedroom has a king bed and there are three other beds available in the back family room. All bedrooms and the main family room have satellite TV. The main family room has a big screen TV with DVD and stereo system. It is newly refurbished and has a wood stove, laundry room, and lots of large windows facing the river. Sliding glass doors on the back of the house go out to a deck, which is on the river.
     Also on the property is a two-car garage with a large workshop, which will be converted to a 1-bedroom suite, and be available for rent sometime late this year. There is also a 1 bedroom house on the property but will not be available at this time.
